Every year, our franchisees donate thousands of dollars to local nonprofit organizations doing great work to improve the community. Our corporate marketing team helps publicize these donations so your office gets to shine. 

In addition, we sponsor multiple scholarships for students of all ages planning to further their education at a post-secondary institution. Our Sandy Mazur Excellence in Leadership Scholarship is 100% franchisee-driven. Not only does it do good for students in need of financial help, but it gives each Spherion franchise owner a reason to establish a relationship with local schools and begin developing a candidate pipeline for the future.
