Patti Rother currently serves as VP of Franchise Development for the NOW massage, an emerging massage concept that was founded on the principle that self-care is a necessity, not a luxury. Prior to that she was the President of Frios Gourmet Pops and has been in franchising for over 15 years. She has been on both sides of the coin working for franchisees in operations as well as franchisors in various roles including franchise operations, franchise training, franchise marketing, and franchise development. Patti has worked in various industries including the restaurant space, fitness, and the pet industry. She is heavily involved with the International Franchise Association serving on the Women's Franchise Committee, the Pride Council, and is the co-chair of the Women's Franchise Network task force. Patti lives in Boulder County, CO with her wife and two daughters. When she isn't working you will find her outside working in her garden or curled up with a cup of tea and a good book.
