For this project, we completely replaced the drop false ceilings with new grid and pads. With the ceiling under control, we then turned our attention to the mechanicals of the building, replacing all  HVAC equipment and plumbing throughout. Finally, we completely removed all of the previous owners' branding and installed our clients' features and branding that make their centers so fun and inviting.   A fresh coat of paint and all-new flooring had this center ready to make a profit again.
