Mike is Senior Director of Franchise Development for Pearle Vision and leads the team’s strategy, lead generation, and compliance activities.  He is responsible for the overall sales process and CRM tools utilized to track the progress of candidates in the pipeline.  Mike also oversees the construction of the franchise disclosure document. 

Prior to his role on the franchise development team, he led the franchisee finance team providing profitability consulting for existing franchisees and facilitated capital access with banks.  In this role, he partnered with the development team at the time to re-franchise over 100 existing eyecare centers.
