In 1977, TONKATSU FUMIZEN opened its first store inside Hotel New Ohtani, one of the top three hotels in Japan. TONKATSU FUMIZEN is a speciality restaurabnt featuring pork cutlet called "TONKATSU", which has become part of our brand name. Outside Japan, TONKATSU FUMIZEN currently runs 2 franchised stores in Philippine and one in Cambodia.
Black Satsuma Pork
TONKATSU FUMIZEN uses carefully selected ingredients only. Pork meat, for example, is the highest grade of "Black Satsuma Pork", the best pork meat available in Japan.
