WHAT MAKES TONKOTSU KAZAN RAMEN DIFFERENT
In 2012 the first store with 20 seats opened in Singapore. Despite having to compete with at least 130 restaurants in the market, Tonkotsu Kazan Ramen (“kazan” means volcano) has kept its popularity with lines of customers out the door.
Our additive-free ramen is served in a 570°F stone bowl that keeps food hot and creates a “volcano eruption” when covered by a custom-made funnel. People love it!
