program is a game-changing onboarding experience. For your first six
months, you'll receive personalized coaching, structured weekly plans, and
direct mentorship to help you reach profitability as quickly as possible.
The Academy: In-Depth Initial
Training
You'll attend PuroClean
Academy, an in-person training experience at our state-of-the-art facility for
3 weeks. This includes:
- Classroom and field training on water, fire,
mold, and biohazard restoration
- Real-world simulations in our flood house
- Business operations, job estimating, customer
service, and compliance education
Ongoing Support & Continued
Learning
- Regional training events and peer groups
- Regional Director to guide you through the
opportunities and challenges of your market
- Access to proprietary systems and knowledge hubs to
keep your team sharp
