Sean T. Ngo is an American citizen for over 40 years. He has worked extensively in the USA and Asia, and has over 35 years of professional experience at Fortune 500 companies as well as having started his own businesses. Sean is a frequent speaker at many international franchising events and forums hosted by industry and government throughout Asia, Europe and the USA.

Prior to co-founding VF Franchise Consulting, Sean worked for many Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft Corporation, Coldwell Banker, National Semiconductor Corporation, and Lockheed Martin. He has an MBA from the University of San Francisco (USF) and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, San Jose (SJSU).
