Clean First Time Franchise Launches New Supervised Day Labor Program

(ORLANDO, FLORIDA) - September 18, 2006 - Conquering construction cleaning was the first goal of Clean First Time, now they are ready to change the day labor market. “We have watched builders throughout Florida hire day labor through local and national agencies, and always realize that the people have no direct supervision,” says Paul Allen, Director of Development for Clean First Time.

“In general day labor is dropped off at the job site and picked up at the end of the day,” says Allen.

The goal is to provide the same day labor, but supervised, which will cut cost and increase productivity.

Clean First Time’s cost per hour could be slightly higher than the traditional day labor companies, but where day labor companies hire ten unsupervised people, Clean First Time can, with supervision and direction, reduce that number and save the customer money.

In a trial run Clean First Time was able to provide supervised, uniformed and insured personal, with only 24 hours notice. “Our goal is attainable,” says Allen, “we just have to get the word out to builders and prospective employees”
