SeaMaster Cruises Ranks 18th in First-Ever Franchise 50

March 22, 2006 - Minneapolis, MN – SeaMaster Cruises, one of America’s newest travel and hospitality franchisors, has already succeeded in one critical area – franchisee satisfaction – according to the results of an in-depth survey commissioned earlier this year by Franchise Business Review™. SeaMaster Cruises has been ranked 18th overall in the first-ever Franchise 50, the results of which were divulged earlier this month; the full Franchise 50 listing is available at www.Franchise50.com.

Franchise Business Review surveyed just over two-thirds (67%) of all SeaMaster Cruises franchisees on five specific criteria: Training & Support, Franchise System, Franchisor Relationship, Financial Opportunity and Overall Satisfaction. SeaMaster Cruises franchisees were asked to rate their program using a five-point scale (5=excellent, 4=very good, 3=good, 2=average and 1=poor). According to the Franchise 50, SeaMaster Cruises franchisees gave their program the following scores:

• Training & Support – 4.4
• Franchise System – 4.2
• Franchisor Relationship – 4.7
• Financial Opportunity – 4.0
• Overall Satisfaction – 4.4
