INTELLGENT TANNING SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES RESTRUCTURING OF DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM INTO FRANCHISED NETWORK OF

TAMPA, FLORIDA (June 30, 2006) – Intelligent Tanning Systems (ITS) announces that it has restructured its distribution system into a franchised network of dealers within the United States. “We are excited about the future of ITS,” said Matt Meyer, president of ITS Franchising, LLC, the company leading the development of the franchise system. “The ITS sunless machines are second-to-none, and they will now be supported by strong marketing and support networks,” said Meyer. “The development of the franchise system is now underway, and we expect to have the dealer network fully in place by the spring of 2007,” said Meyer.
