PostalAnnex+ Names New Director of Franchise Development

Department Leader Brings over 20 Years'' Experience in Franchising Industry

SAN DIEGO, CA (July 17, 2006) — PostalAnnex+, a full-service postal, packaging and business services franchise, announced the hiring of Larry Simpson to director of Franchise Development.

“Larry has over 22 years of direct sales management experience with the majority of that in the franchise industry,” remarked Patrick Edd, president and CFO of the company. “He is a true sales professional, and we are confident he will help take PostalAnnex+, Inc. to a new level of growth in our system.”

Simpson brings a degree in marketing and advertising from Indiana University and a wealth of experience from a variety of business services companies.
