CALIFORNIA-BASED LA BOXING ANNOUNCES EXPANSION INTO SCARSDALE AND WHITE PLAINS, NEW YORK
COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA - (July 18, 2005) – LA BOXING Franchise Corporation, a rapidly growing network of franchised boxing and kickboxing fitness training gyms, announces the sale of its first franchise in New York state to Dean Bellantoni and Jacqueline Cirincione. The couple plan to open their first gym in the Scarsdale/White Plains area, an affluent suburban community located north of Metropolitan New York City. LA BOXING has embarked upon an ambitious coast-to-coast franchise expansion program. Starting with Orange County, California, and moving east to Colorado, New Mexico, Massachusetts, Florida and now New York, LA BOXING Franchise Corporation is structuring a network of franchises in eastern states to provide membership boxing and kickboxing fitness classes to women and men of all ages including classes geared for children.
“We liked the attitude at LA BOXING,” said Bellantoni. “They didn’t over promise and their franchise opportunity was a good value with the kind of business flexibility we were looking for to feel we were in charge of our own business,” Cirincione added.
LA BOXING already has 10 franchises sold with more than half operating around the country and plans to launch at least another 6 by September 1, 2005. LA BOXING is preparing to travel up the coast from Florida to Maine and launch numerous franchises throughout eastern states.
