Guentner believes there’s no better time to open a new real estate office than now.
"Re/Max Platinum Realty has seen a 115% increase in transactions and agents as compared to 2010," Guentner said. "Inventory has declined and prices seem to be stabilizing with some increases in value in certain locations, so we decided the time was right to expand into Venice."
Guentner has been in real estate for over 25 years starting when he was 18 years old, and since 1989 has been partners with his wife, Cheri of 20 years, and currently serves as a Sarasota and Florida Association of Realtors director.
