Mrs. Lutgen spends her time ensuring NOVUS Glass (MO) customers have a positive experience with the organization she runs as president. "A cracked windshield, a broken piece of glass or a power window that does not operate properly is frustrating. I want all our customers to drive away from their experience with us, happy and safe," stated Mrs. Lutgen.

After researching several glass business opportunities, Mrs. Lutgen investigated NOVUS Glass. "My husband and I had talked about starting our own business for several years but it wasn't until after we had a couple of bad windshield replacement experiences, involving a national company that I began to think about glass," said Mrs. Lutgen. After a trip to the NOVUS headquarters in Minnesota earlier this year, the Lutgen's decided that NOVUS Glass was the right business decision.

The day to day operations, quoting and actual services rendered are conducted by Mrs. Lutgens' husband, Jeremy. Having spent the last ten years in corporate America in a marketing capacity, the NOVUS franchise has been an American dream come true for him.
