What kind of training and support will I receive?
First and foremost, you'll receive excellent training at either our International Head Office in Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada; or our Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA office.
This training will cover all aspects of our business operations - from administrative procedures and office setup, including accounting and profit margin and best practices to proven sales and marketing techniques. Of course, you'll also receive hands-on training on gift design and assembling orders.
Regional meetings will also be held for the purpose of networking, and keeping your peers up-to-date with all aspects of your business.
You'll also receive an Operations Manual, which is your "how-to"; guidebook. It contains much of the operational information you'll need in an easy-to-follow format.
The information covered in training will give you a corporate overview, detailed information on getting started, step by step instruction on basket design and assembling orders, how to customize and computerize your franchise, developing your business through business plans and extensive sales and marketing material. We also ensure you have the accounting tools you need to ensure your business management processes are set up properly. You'll also receive CDs with easy-to-use forms and templates to assist you in your day to day business operations. How much does it cost and what is included in my initial investment?
