What is Infrared Thermography and Predictive Maintenance ?

Thermography is the use of an infrared imaging and measurement device to "see" and measure thermal energy emitted from an object. Infrared is light which is not visible because its wavelength is too long to be detected by the human eye. It's that part of the electromagnetic spectrum we perceive as "heat". Infrared imaging equipment allows us to "see" and measure precisely how hot or cold an object is. Why is this important? Nearly everything gets hot before it fails. However, you can't see heat (note the visible image of the panel below and the corresponding thermal image) and you really don't want to put your hand on a high voltage circuit to find out. Our equipment allows us to test from a distance motors, switch controls, belts, pulleys and many other critical components of today's industrialized economy, while they are in full operation.

In the old days, you had to shut a component (or the entire factory) down for testing. Because we can predict with a great deal of accuracy, which components are in danger of failure, (and how soon) the owners of this equipment can order parts and schedule repairs or replacement on a schedule instead of waiting for disaster to strike unexpectedly.

The best part of our business is that what we do this year for our Predictive Maintenance clients, we'll do every year thereafter, or, in some cases more often


Training

Our Affiliates receive intensive one on one training at our facility in Spokane, WA plus additional training leading to Thermographer Certification. In addition, Affiliates take the Building Analyst and HERS Rater Course which is based on a broad building science curriculum. The information in the course covers areas included in the BPI Building Certification Model, The RESNET Home Energy Rating Standards, and the WAP Core competencies. Affiliates who complete the course will possess the skills needed to sit for the BPI and RESNET exams. Our training includes hands on field work.

Equipment

All the equipment necessary including but not limited to, state of the art custom thermal imaging equipment, computer pre-loaded with the software necessary to run your business is included.

Marketing

A major component to your initial training at our facility is not only the technical aspect but includes intensive training on how to get your business up and running and more importantly how to get your phone to ring with business. Our existing Affiliates will tell you that our Marketing program works!

Territory

Our Affiliates receive a substantial and exclusive territory.

Financing

Financing is available to exceptionally well qualified individuals.

To qualify for this opportunity you must be a US citizen, have a track record of accomplishment, and be prepared to invest $59,500. This program is not currently available outside of the US due to export controls on the equipment.
