Phocatox Technologies offers a unique franchise opportunity with protected geographical territories to both startup businesses as well as existing cleaning and restoration businesses interested in providing services using Phocatox’s proprietary BIOSWEEP™ technology and treatment methodology.

The BIOSWEEP™ Service Provider franchise opportunity is based on independently owned and operated service businesses using BIOSWEEP™ equipment and operational procedures for odor removal and general decontamination in real estate, personal contents, and vehicle restoration within a protected geographic territory. franchiseopportunity purchasers receive safety and operational field training as well as ongoing support.

Initial territories may range in size from a total population of 300k to 1.5m or more. Opportunities for territory growth and expansion are also available.

Background

Phocatox manufactures innovative, high performance equipment for air and surface remediation against a host of contaminants and IAQ concerns. Phocatox markets this technology under the trademarked product name BIOSWEEP™. All BIOSWEEP™ units are US-made along strict quality control guidelines at the company’s Houston, Texas facility, and are backed with a 3-year or 7,000 factory warranty.

Phocatox began offering the geographically exclusive BIOSWEEP™ Service Provider franchise opportunity in 2007. Phocatox is privately owned and managed by a highly experienced management team with regional U.S. offices in Indianapolis IN, Houston, TX, Charlotte NC, and Phoenix AZ.

Investment

Initial capital investment is dependent upon the initial quantity of equipment required to effectively service a new territory, but normally ranges from$23,500 - $45,500. Third party equipment financing is available to qualified buyers.

The initial investment covers the cost of equipment solely based on BIOSWEEP™ Model 900 Series units and a gas detection monitor. A comprehensive safety and operational training course is included in the cost (excluding customer travel and accommodations where necessary).

New Markets for Restoration Professionals

Property Management. Property management companies deal with odor issues on a routine basis. Cigarette, pet and cooking odors are most common. Our process is a rapid one-step application which gives permanent results on office space, apartments, condominiums and hotel rooms.

Residential Real Estate. Real estate brokers and agents, property management firms. Typically similar to property management, real estate is often slow selling or discounted because of odor issues. As reported to us, approximately 5-10% of all listings have odor issues that may impact sale.

Vehicles. New and used car and truck dealerships, rental cars and fleet vehicles. Dealerships have difficulty selling odor contaminated vehicles. These vehicles are often discounted or auctioned. Major dealerships receive 1-3 vehicles each week (usually trade-ins) that require odor treatment.

Technology Overview

The Phocatox BIOSWEEP™ is a high performance air and surface decontamination system designed to safely eradicate biological contaminants, VOCs, off-gassing and imbedded odors within any unoccupied zone or building. The BIOSWEEP™ produces extremely high levels of vapor-phase hydrogen peroxide and purified ozone. These two combined gas exports are unsurpassed in field applications for their penetrating oxidative power to remove virtually any embedded or persistent odor.

High intensity Phocatox technology eradicates airborne and surface organic molecules and microorganisms including pathogens and bacteria. Our system uses a highly advanced form of photocatalytic oxidation (PCO) to produce simultaneous, interrelated forms of oxidation. This multi-phase process also utilizes internal HEPA filtration, hydroxyl radical production, purified O3 and vaporized gas-phase hydrogen peroxide (H202) production, singlet oxygen and oxyradical plasma production, and sterilizing germicidal UVC radiation, all generated internally in one portable unit to produce unparalleled decontamination capabilities on site.

The BIOSWEEP™ offers superior performance and results over comparable technologies on the market today. The BIOSWEEP™ eliminates the need for deodorization or chemical fogging and outperforms all commercial ozone generators reducing treatment time up to ninety-percent. The BIOSWEEP™ does not produce nitrogen oxides. The BIOSWEEP™ enables EnviroSharp Service Providers to offer a safe, highly effective solution to IAQ problems.
